from references to base mesh
Every model starts with solid research. We begin by collecting technical references and transforming them into a well-structured base mesh for further detailing. With a strong foundation, we can refine every detail with confidence in later stages.
low-poly and uv mapping
In this step, we create optimized low-poly geometry with correct topology for both visual fidelity and real-time performance. UV mapping is carefully structured to use every pixel effectively, setting the stage for detailed and high-quality texturing.
high-poly and baking
The high-poly stage focuses on adding fine details and ensuring the model looks visually impressive, while always keeping in mind that it serves as the source for baking. During baking, we account for possible future animation and moving parts, producing clean normal maps with smooth shading as our top priority.
texturing
Bringing a 3D model to life is all about texturing. Using professional software like Substance Painter, we meticulously apply high-quality materials to give the model its surface properties. Our primary focus is achieving photorealism, ensuring every model looks so real you could almost reach out and touch it.
